Ever since exploding onto the dance music scene with his stellar productions, superstar act Calvin Harris has gone on to rise up the ranks to be recognised as one of today’s biggest acts in music all over the globe. Having dished out multiple hits year after year, 2018 has turned out to be no different. Following up to the monumental success of ‘One Kiss‘ with Dua Lipa and the Sam Smith-assisted ‘Promises‘, the LA-based producer has now teamed up with pop outfit Fifth Harmony’s very own Normani for two brand new songs.
Led by the tropical-inspired jam ‘Checklist‘ which is also accompanied by a guest verse courtesy Nigerian singer Wizkid, the bouncy affair proves to be a certified heater. Next up is ‘Slow Down‘ which offers listeners with an infectious mix of house and pop-influenced sounds for a slow, yet incredibly smooth offering. An impressive collaborative effort by the two acts which puts the spotlight on a spirited vocal performance by Normani herself, the ‘Summer‘ hitmaker sets up the proceedings in fine fashion with yet another solid production work.
