Avicii’s Unreleased Collaboration With Chris Martin, ‘Heaven’, Might See A Release Soon

Avicii‘s untimely death left the world of electronic music in shock, as we lost one of the most talented producers of our times. The Swede had announced his retirement from touring in 2016 to focus on producing more music, and was working on his third studio album, having released his EP, Avīci (01), in 2017.

With a lot of unreleased music in Avicii’s arsenal, his co-producer Carl Falk has revealed he’s working on the release of the track ‘Heaven’, said to feature Coldplay’s Chris Martin on vocals. The track, which has been played by Nicky Romero a number of times, was rumoured to be the lead single from Avicii’s third album, but unfortunately never could see the light of the day. However, all that is set to change after Falk posted a picture on his Instagram on his DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) with the caption:

Yesterday was a strange and emotional day in many ways trying to finishing [sic] these songs. It’s not the same producing without you by my side. I miss you hanging over my shoulder doubting every little thing and detail in the song.
