2017 continues to prove itself as one of the finest years for some of the hottest tours to take place within the Indian sub-continent, and the latest name to join the already impressive list is none other than A/T/O/S. A joint tour with famed Indian outfit LANDS (formerly known as Nicholson), the Belgian duo will take over the country from 12-15 October for a 4-city tour.
Formed in 2012, A/T/O/S (A Taste of Struggle) is a project by Amos and Truenoys, whose vocal-production pairing has found them tons of success in recent years. With sultry vocals, bass heavy sound and trip-hop beats, they are an integral part of British act Mala’s label, DEEP MEDi Musik. With two studio albums under their belt, the duo has quickly achieved recognition and prominence within the underground circuit.
On the other hand, LANDS, the brainchild of singer-songwriter Sohrab Nicholson and producer/multi-instrumentalist Rohan Ramanna command their position as one of the most accomplished acts in the Indian music industry. Having made a name for themselves previously under their ‘Nicholson’ moniker, the upcoming tour will mark some of their first shows as LANDS.
Organized by Mixtape, A/T/O/S will perform in New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Pune with additional support from Lacuna, Reels, Aerate Sound and bigfat in the respective cities. Check out the announcement below and head towards the event page for RSVP.
