Ministry of Sound 2018 Lineup

2018 has been another landmark year for Ministry of Sound. And Fridays and Saturdays at the iconic London-based club for the rest of the year are set to be essential events for lovers of everything from house to disco to techno to trance. The special run of events comes under the banner of World Leaders in Dance Music and features heavyweight names from across the globe such as Paul van Dyk, Afrojack, Nicky Romero, Joey Negro, Anek, Kenny Dope, Example & DJ Wire, Catz ’N Dogz, Malaa, Dimitri From Paris and The Gallery’s 10 year anniversary at the club.

It has hosted the essential and polysexual night He.She.They, which made an immediate mark with its vibrant atmospheres and welcoming dance floor. The club also hosted special events as part of the capital’s first ever London Music Conference, including a ten label showcase across all four rooms, and recurring and iconic nights like The Gallery, disco legends Glitterbox and Ibiza heroes Together, who all brought their own unique musical character to the club, which continues to be a dance music institution more than 27 years after first opening and changing the game forever. While many clubs in London struggle to survive, Ministry of Sound just keeps on getting better.

Fridays between now and December will showcase a typically varied selection of genres with icons like Paul van Dyk, Timmy Trumpet, Cosmic Gate, Bassjackers, ATB, Afrojack, Benny Benassi, Nicky Romero and Ferry Corsten. A blend of names, both established and new for The Gallery will be concluding the night’s ‘10 years in SE1’ celebrations.

Saturdays, meanwhile, will serve up the cream of disco, house and techno. Highlights include the return of Glitterbox on October 13th with Joey Negro and Horse Meat Disco, a Mad Decent party with NGHTMRE and The Jillionaire on October 20th and a huge Halloween party with Anek on the 27th.

November will see the kings of soulful house Groove Odyssey welcome the legendary Kenny Dope and CJ Mackintosh, whilst Example and DJ Wire host Pandemonium on the 10th. With Deadmau5 set to return with Knife Party for the mau5trap x Circle Eight x Earstorm label showcase on the 11th, He.She.They will bring Catz ‘N Dogz, Trance Wax and more on the 17th before Ibiza superbrand Together return on the 24th with What So Not.

For the final month of 2018, December will welcome Tchami x Malaa for some serious bass, the final Glitterbox of the year with true DJ royalty in the form of Dimitri From Paris and Todd Terry, followed by a headlining performance by Kungs on the 15th. And lastly, add in a spectacular duo of New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day parties as the rest of 2018 shapes up to be unmissable at the world’s most famous club.
