The only weekly residency in the country for underground sounds and culture, Budweiser x #boxoutwednesdays is more than just a night, it is an on-going movement that helps build and serve a community that remains neglected by the mainstream. And taking over the 28th edition of #boxoutwednesdays will be none other than World-DMC-title-winning UK turntablist and producer Jon1st and one of India’s finest turntablists, DJ SKIP.
Jon1st effortlessly blends together sounds and influences from a broad spectrum of alternative and electronic music ably using a wide variety of techniques and great attention to detail. On opening duties, DJ Skip’s turntablist skills and versatility have seen him represent India at international DJ championships with his energetic and innovative performances.
