Eric Prydz‘s journey has been a little emotional of late. Back in November, when a superfan named James Lillo who had been diagnosed terminal cancer reached out to the Reddit community to put forward his wish to catch the legendary Swede live during his EPIC show one last time, Eric and his entire team put their best foot forward to fly him down to Los Angeles for his own personal show whose proceeds will consequently be donated to his charity of choice.
Unfortunately, while Lillo passed away before the show could take place, the dance music veteran went on to play two consecutive shows in his honor. Having sold out on both the days, Eric and his fans successfully raised an amount of $60,000. And now to take it a step further, Eric Prydz has released a brand new track named after the fan himself under his Pryda moniker whose proceeds will be donated to Cancer Research Institute.
An ethereal new creation which is ought to take listeners on an emotional journey, “Lillo” which was debuted on Episode 17 of his EPIC Radio show, truly stands out as one of his most magnificent works till date!
