Earlier last week, one of the world’s most iconic music groups, Black Eyed Peas returned to action with the release of their new single, ‘Be Nice‘ featuring Snoop Dogg from their upcoming album. But the headline lies within the song’s songwriting credits of which India’s very own producer Anish Sood is very much a part of.
Debuted by the multi-platinum group on Tuesday night on songwriting competition series, ‘Songland‘, the infectious cut was co-scripted by the famed Indian producer along with his songwriter friends Adam Friedman and Tienus in the summer of 2018 which eventually went on to become the winning song of the second episode of the competition as chosen by will.i.am. Talking about his latest contribution, Anish Sood states:
“It’s been a pretty incredible experience to be a part of this song. When Adam and I wrote the idea we had absolutely no idea that we would end up here. We’re extremely grateful to Will I Am and the entire Songland crew for this opportunity.”
