Twisted Metal, Season 2's San Diego Comic-Con Plans Revealed

Preview Event for “Twisted Metal” Season 2 at Comic-Con

On the 24th of July, Thursday, Michael Jonathan Smith and Asad Qizilbash who are the executive producers, along with the star and executive producer Anthony Mackie, will be joined by cast members Stephanie Beatriz, Joe Seanoa, and Anthony Carrigan to give Comic-Con attendees an exclusive first look at the second season of the show.

The presentation is scheduled to take place between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM PT in Ballroom 20.

Subsequently, on Saturday, July 26, there will be an opportunity for fans to watch the initial two episodes of the second season of “Twisted Metal”. This screening will occur from 10:00 PM to 11:15 PM PT in Room 6DE.

Experience “Twisted Metal” Beyond the Screen

For those who crave a more immersive experience, the Twisted Metal Bumper Battle event is a must-visit. This event will run from Thursday, July 24, to Saturday, July 26, coinciding with Comic-Con dates.

Beyond just bumper cars, attendees can look forward to striking photo opportunities, see some of the iconic cars from the series, and enjoy unexpected moments of excitement and chaos at every turn.

The event is open to everyone and is free of charge. No special badges are needed to participate. However, access to bumper cars operates on a first-come, first-served basis and is not guaranteed. All participants must sign waivers.

In the second season of “Twisted Metal”, the enigmatic character Calypso, played by Anthony Carrigan, calls upon all manner of outcasts and daredevils from the Divided States of America—including characters like John Doe (Anthony Mackie), Quiet (Stephanie Beatriz), Sweet Tooth (Joe Seanoa & Will Arnett), and Dollface (Tiana Okoye)—to take part in a no-holds-barred demolition derby. The grand prize? Fulfilling the ultimate wish of the winner.
