Mako Featuring Angel Taylor – Beam (2013 Original Mix) [Free Download]

Mako

There are many gifted producers and DJs out there, the ones who create magic are the ones who are remembered and rise to the top. Alex Seaver and Logan Light make up Mako, the freshest new DJ EDM duo who are taking over the Los Angeles circuit. Their talents go beyond EDM, the duo work with and conduct some of the world’s best orchestras. You can check out their orchestral version of Hardwell’s Space man here.

Mako officially released their track “Beam” after reworking and remastering it a few months after releasing the preview of the track. They decided to give it away as a free download to give everyone a taste of what lies ahead this year. Angel Taylor’s angelic voice adds depth to the tune and makes it sound tranquil. Their musical creativity is going to blow the music world away. Mako is destined for greatness and definitely on my list of artists to watch out for in 2013.

Daddy’s Groove & Cryogenix – Tilt & Vertigo (Preview)

The Italian trio, Daddy’s Groove have had a sensational start to the year. Every month this year they have released or previewed their tracks, showing us their great enthusiasm to create mind blowing music. March is no different, with not one but two tracks for us. Along with Cryogenix, Gio Di Leva and Christian Cheval’s new project, they have combined powers to create two pounding tunes, “Tilt” and “Vertigo”.  The two tracks are so different that they’re even being released on two different record labels – Tilt is out on Spinnin’ Records and Vertigo is out on Jack Back Records.

Daddy’s Groove & Cryogenix – Tilt (Preview)

The beginning of Tilt is much more complex than Vertigo. This track begins with some heavy drum beats and moves back and forth between techno and house sounds.

Daddy’s Groove & Cryogenix – Vertigo (Preview)

The smooth riffs and the gradual transition in this track is just beautiful. When you hear the song you understand why it’s named Vertigo, it makes you want to jump around in circles so that when you stop you begin to suffer from dizziness. I can easily predict it right now that this track to be a massive one, taking over festivals and airwaves.

Laidback Luke feat. Majestic – Pogo [Official Video]

dedede

Food, sick tune , booby beauties, and some bangin’, party-startin’ house music? There is nothing that we can say that can’t be said by the video itself.

Laidback Luke dressed as a chef, pulls out a welcoming salute . Majestic takes over the vocals as Luke focuses on mixing on pizzas. Three beautiful women emerge , taking off their clothes and flaunting out their bangin bodies. Then ironically biting into some high cholesterol food. I like how the video plays with the irony. Next, they begin to jump on what I’d recognize as Pogo sticks, bouncing out their assets,  and here we go again , POING! POING! POING!  The video is just ridiculous in the best of ways.

I could go on about the video, but I dont think it’d do justice to it. The track and video together compliment one another as they embody the hip-hop and dutch house sensibilities.
