Alright then, let’s first establish that it’s not exactly as official as it sounds, however when one of our favourites, Joel Zimmerman aka Deadmau5 puts his mind to something, he most certainly gets it done.

The global superstar DJ/producer who just was in the news recently for closing his twitter account again and indulging in customizing his Ferrari to make it seem like the creators of Nyan Cat paid him to advertise for them, has now given an approximation of “March-ish” for the release of his upcoming album during a recent interview with the Edmonton Journal.

The mau5 further stated that the highly awaited album will feature ‘a lot of new stuff’ which we could assume to be many of the seemingly fantastic, infinite previews which Joel had uploaded to his now redundant SoundCloud page. What we already know is that, the album shall be two-discs which surely acts as somewhat of a reassurance that his promise of a lot is looking likely to be fulfilled and we for one, couldn’t be more happier to hear that!
