Avicii unveiled his new bluegrass-influenced tunes earlier this year, playing a controversial set at Ultra Music Festival which got many different reactions and later brought out a promo mix packed with tracks from his forthcoming album. Aside from Random Access Memories, Avicii’s studio album is perhaps the most anticipated of the year and its lead single will finally see its world premiere this Friday, June 14th on Pete Tong’s BBC Radio 1 show.

Entitled “Wake Me Up”, Avicii’s next record is distant from anything he’s produced before, setting the benchmark for his new sound and his new album. Don’t miss it!
