Kygo & Selena Gomez‘s collaborative single ‘It Ain’t Me‘ finally saw the light of the day in February, after both the artists had teased the track on their social media before its release. The single saw a bunch of unofficial remixes post its release, and now almost 2 months later has received its first official remix, courtesy the Dutch veteran Tiësto.
Released as an AFTR:HRS remix, Tiësto takes the deep route with this production, with a groovy bassline and fat synth hooks, coupled with Selena Gomez’s vocals. A complete departure from the single’s original pop meets tropical house sound, the remix is a refreshing change in Tiesto’s expansive discography, which has featured numerous big room remixes and edits over the years.
