Brothers from UK, Guy and Howard Lawrence better knows as their collaborative act Disclosure recently disclosed their welcome intimation of a brand new album at works. The British musicmakers known for their dancefloor hits such as ‘Latch‘, ‘White noise‘ and ‘F for You‘ sat down with Billboard earlier this week to discuss the direction of the EDM scene and broke news about them working on a new album soon.
In late September we’ll drop off the map and work on our second album
Speaking about the current trends in Dance music, the brothers insisted that music was missing an edge of ‘class’ nowadays, and that’s what they try and bring through their music.
We like to have an element of class in our music, that’s what’s lacking in today’s chart music, I think.
Fresh from the phenomenal release of their debut album last year ‘Settle’, which was nominated for Best Dance/Electronica Album at the 2014 Grammy Awards, the hot-in-form duo want to carry the same energy and dancefloor dominion into 2014 as they look to conjure another fine assortment of collectibles through the guise of their second studio album.
