Returning to Noida for its second edition Sunburn Noida 2013 proved to be a spectacular outing for many a dance music fan. With two stages packed with some of the worlds finest artists, the event was a roller-coaster ride from start to finish. Living up to the incredible hype surrounding the festival, the team at Sunburn had paid great attention to detail when it came to the production of the event and the enormous well-designed stages left many of us astonished at the magnificence of both the structures.
The stages and the overall astounding production was complimented perfectly by fantastic music. Each of the artists performing gave the crowd at the event, an entertaining set packed with several hits and left them begging for more. We at The Bangin Beats decided to give you a list of tracks to reminisce the madness once more.

1. Porter Robinson – Language (Original Mix)
Porter Robinson gave the fans at Sunburn Noida an unforgettable set. Driven from the word go, he ensured that all present at the ‘Space Jungle’ stage were enthralled beyond measure and had their hands raised in unison, grooving to the music. Porter ended his set with his smash hit, “Language” which many had been waiting for and the track was met by a splendid uproar from the crowd.
2. Armin van Buuren & W&W – D# Fat (Original Mix)
A pounding track produced by the one & only Armin van Buuren in collaboration with the immensely talented duo, W&W, “D# Fat” brought back memories from ASOT 600 Mumbai and had the whole crowd delighted and dancing uncontrollably when Shogun transitioned seamlessly into it after beginning his set with another massive track, Hardwell & W&W’s, “Jumper”.
3. Dash Berlin ft. Christina Novelli – Jar Of Hearts (Club Mix)
Dash Berlin delivered a stunning set at the ‘Space Station’ stage which was packed with energy. Giving the crowd at Sunburn Noida a fitting final set he treated us to a number of his own hits along with some of the best tracks doing the rounds currently. Early in his set he blew our minds away with his recent chartbuster, “Jar Of Hearts”.
4. TJR – What’s Up Suckaz (Original Mix)
An extremely lively smash hit packed with umpteen amounts of highly charged electro synths which make TJR’s “What’s Up Suckaz” a festival essential, the track got a number of fans cheering loudly, and grooving when it was dropped by our domestic talents Rishab Joshi and Anish Sood as part of their noteworthy Lost Stories x Anish Sood set.
5. Empire Of The Sun – Alive (Zedd Remix)
Zedd’s floor-friendly take on Empire Of The Suns track “Alive” boasts of the young stalwarts signature complextro sounds and melodious bleepy chord play over catchy sing-along vocals. Sure enough, when the track was dropped by Porter Robinson it got the entire crowd present singing along with their arms raised up to the sky. What a moment it was!
6. NERVO & Hook N Sling – Reason (Original Mix)
Hordes of fans had been looking forward to catching Nervo’s set at Sunburn Noida and the Aussie twins did not disappoint one bit, giving the large crowd who were bearing witness to their set a jaw dropping set they chose to end the night with their collaboration with dance music superstar Hook N Sling, “Reason” which went perfectly with the fireworks, confetti and other splendour which was put in by the team at Sunburn.
7. Rank 1 – Floorlifter (Original Mix)
Rank 1 has come to be known as a duo who’s productions and sets alike leave you in awe of their proficiency & talent and their track “Floorlifter” is testament to that. Packing in a catchy riff and an unforgettable hook, the track is one which is sure to leave you begging for more. The track was dropped by Piet Bervoets of Rank 1 and it left the crowd amazed, just like it always does!
8. Hardwell feat. Amba Shepherd – Apollo (Dash Berlin 4AM Remix)
When a trance big-wig remixes one of the biggest house tracks, the culmination is a beauty. You can distinctly hear Dash Berlin‘s trance sounds in the track and this crossover is a gateway to an undiscovered side of electronic music. When played by Dash Berlin towards the end of his set the track was received by the crowd with loud cheer along with some of the most fantastic pyrotechnics you would see.
9. Tiesto – Adagio For Strings (Original Mix)
One of legendary producer, Tiesto’s most fabulous tracks, “Adagio For Strings” ranks as one of the finest electronic music tracks ever produced. Ever since its release the track has won a number of fans and when it was let out by Shogun at the end of his set, the crowd received it as warmly as always, expressing their joy.
10. NERVO & Nicky Romero – Like Home (Original Mix)
Combined with Nicky Romero’s anthemic and powerful sound alongside the beautiful vocals of the Nervo sisters. The swinging build ups and the massive bassline of the track are designed to take the crowd of any festival into a spin and when the track was dropped by the Aussie twins at Sunburn Noida thats just what it did!
