The Chainsmokers might have hit a purple patch earlier this year, but it surely seems like they don’t plan to get off of it any time soon. With a slew of successful single releases under their belt that have kept listeners busy over the past eight months, the famed duo have now returned to action with yet another blistering new release. Teaming up with bass music star NGHTMRE, Alex Pall and Drew Taggart have finally shared their debut collaboration, ‘Save Yourself‘.
Debuted by the ‘Closer‘ hitmakers during their headlining set at Ultra Miami earlier this year, this beast of a tune is not for the faint hearted. Led by a brief vocal performance courtesy Drew himself, the raucous new effort knocks down all sonic barriers to be reckoned as one of the heaviest mainstage ready bangers to be released this year. Treading towards bass-heavy sounds, this hotly anticipated track makes up for a rattling, headbanging effort that is highlighted by its gnarly synths and explosive basslines.
Out now via Disruptor Records, listen to ‘Save Yourself‘ below.
