India might be home to a number of museums all over, but the country is all set to get its first ever experiential music museum.
Set to be opened in Bangalore, the Centre For Indian Music Experience will the first of its kind museum in India, which will be a vibrant music epicenter, which celebrates India’s unity in spirit and diversity in creative expression, through which people can rediscover their connections to the living tradition that is Indian music. The museum will feature different galleries, interactive installations, a sound garden and a learning centre.
The IME will be housed in a 50,000 sq ft building, and will be located on a 2 acre property. Check out the official website or Facebook page for more details.
