Steve Angello has been a dominant figure in the electronic music industry for more than a decade now and 2016 seems like the year when the limelight’s exclusively on the Swede. With his solo career hitting high notes and the second chapter of his debut album Wild Youth all set to release later this month, the SIZE boss man certainly has big things planned. Back in September 2015, news floated around that Angello had signed as executive music producer for a TV show based on EDM titled “The Drop”. And now, if recent reports are to be believed, Steve has been enlisted as an executive producer for a TV series with Primary Wave Entertainment. The innovate project will revolve around the dance music industry. While any further details are yet to come to light, Steve’s music will play a pivotal role throughout the series.
Moreover, Primary Wave also plans to produce a feature film based on Isabel’s best selling book, “Sex, Drugs And The DJ”. The movie will be fairly based on the couple’s lives and will feature exclusive music by Steve Angello himself. All in all, this is an exciting new phase in the Swede’s career and there can be no better way than this for people to get to learn more about the steadily growing industry and respect the art.
