If you’ve been looking for a fresh, feel-good progressive track for the summer, then you’ve just got your fix! The superstars of Spinnin Records – Sander van Doorn, Martin Garrix & DVBBS, are coming out with their new single “Gold Skies” in collaboration together, borrowing vocals from the young songstress Aleesia.
The track caught attention when Martin Garrix dropped its under-process version at Ultra Music Festival this year and it finally culminated as an exquisite end product now.
Gold Skies has a beautiful structure with sweet piano melody and chilled out build-ups that progress into a banger of a drop. The angelic vocals of Aleesia perfectly compliment the smooth vibe of the tune, making the track even more lovable.
DVBBS, the duo consisting of brothers Chris and Alex Andre, apart from contributing to the instrumental production of the track, pitched in the background vocals to the track themselves as well. The duo, in fact initiated the conception of the track, with Garrix and Doorn following the lead.
Slated to be released on 2nd June via none other than Spinnin Records, the tune is already touching hearts all over the world. However, you can dance around to the preview below and celebrate the coming of summer till then!
