Funkagenda has been always played a major role in the contouring of House music. He’s been around for a while, and each production of his just stands testament to his years of experience. Now, the British titan makes his debut on Armada’s Trice Recordings.

Having been recently played by Danny Howard on BBC Radio 1, his upcoming release One Day At A Time is a stellar example of house music at it’s finest.

The lead synth is very reminiscent of Deadmau5’s progressive phase. Especially on synths to tracks like Strobe. That coupled with light plucks and a progressive beat, and it makes for one delicious track. The melody in itself is an entire voyage, as it takes you through a consistent build up sans major drop. A perfect example of what house music should sound like, as it does not stick the current norms.

Catch this gem on May 26th.
