Just a couple of days after revealing yet another track from their highly-anticipated album ‘Ghost Stories‘ called ‘A Sky Full of Stars‘ in collaboration with Swedish sensation Avicii, a legion of electronica artists took to the beautiful release to give it their interpretation. The bootleg kicks off with a gradual build up of beats, bass and the original synth under a playful arpeggio effect. The original piano melody at the break ushers in Chris Martin‘s hypnotic vocals as swirling atmospherics lend a warm and happy tone to the track. The vocals and synth breaks lead to a light and progressive drop that is careful and uplifting without the hard-hitting bass slaps, which does justice to the delicate textures of the original.
