Every now and then, certain collaborations come about that take your breath away. When the news was released that trance legend Armin van Buuren had produced a track with Russian talent Arty, who also happens to be out Artist Of The Month, it was almost too good to be true.

Aptly titled “Nehalennia” after the ancient goddess revered in the Roman age, there is something noticeably  religious about Armin and Arty’s latest work. Whether it be the track’s lulling melody, the breakdown’s gentle chord progression, or the immaculately conceived drop, there is an air of spiritual rejuvenation to “Nehalennia”.

It’s the kind of track that has the power to both forgive and inspire. Collaborations of this magnitude don’t happen often, and “Nehalennia” gets better with every listen. The track is out now on Armada and is also slated to feature on Armin’s, A State of Trance 2013 compilation!
