Tiesto’s Club Life vol.3 (Compilation)

Club-Life-Vol-3-Stockholm-Artwork

One of the most highly anticipated compilations of 2013 has released digitally. Yes, we’re talking about none other than the monstrous Club Life Vol 3: Stockholm album, mixed and compiled by none other than one of the legends of electronic music, Tijs Michiel Verwest or better known to the world as Tiesto.  This new album has an extremely fresh Tiesto-inspired vision, featuring exclusive collaborations and mixes produced by a plethora of globally renowned artists. Tiesto himself renowned for his amazing live sets have continued to charm audiences world over, and the tracks featured in this installment are most of the primary dance floor anthems of 2013.

I haven’t figured it out yet, but I’m looking for something different than just a ‘DJ album,” says Tiesto.  After a massively successful release in early 2012 of the previous installment Club Life Volume 2: Miami, this iconic producer is back with the Stockholm edition. Inspired by the city of Stockholm, Tiesto has moved there, and spent a lot of months in the country of Sweden. Tiesto said:

“I moved to Stockholm in February 2009 and now spend several months there every year. The Swedes are enormously talented in fashion, music and art, which is extremely inspiring for me when I work on new tracks. There are also lots of great clubs within walking distance from the city centre that makes Stockholm a very friendly place to party. This mix album perfectly encapsulates my Stockholm Club Life experience.”

Tiesto has brought together an electrifying bunch of producers/DJ’s brimming with talent to release sixteen dance floor anthems that will definitely abuse that repeat button. With collaborations with some of the biggest names in progressive, house, and trance, one can be absolutely positive that an album hearing is a must-do. Starting off with his massive collaboration with Dyro, Paradise is a mammoth club hit that sets the right mood for the listener. Other hit collaborations include a  remix of the hit track Century produced together with Scot superstar Calvin Harris; Back To The Acid done with MoTi; Shocker an explosive track the worked on with fellow Dutch producer DJ Punish sets the entire album up perfectly. Tiësto also teams up with Blasterjaxx to remix his Club Life Tour anthem United with fellow touring DJs Quintino and Alvaro, the track that summed up Tiesto’s past few gigs, leaving audiences enthralled.

Obviously, this album brings us much more than amazing collaborations and hit remixes. For example, Tiesto’s take on the international gold awarded single Clarity by Zedd, Tiesto shows that he has plenty of versitality left in him. What’s likely to be the brand new summer anthem is his very own track Take Me featuring the vocals of Kyler England. Also included are some of the most famous tunes that gave us a ball of a time such as Hardwell’s Apollo, Alesso’s remix of One Republic‘s If I Lose Myself and Moguai’s Champs amongst many others.

Available digitally for download via Tiesto’s very own Musical Freedom and physically from June 25th, the album is available for buy on iTunes and at Tiesto.com. You can also stream it exclusively on Spotify.
