Alt-J are back! The English indie rock outfit took to social media earlier today to announce the highly awaited follow-up to their 2014-released sophomore album ‘This Is All Yours‘. Their third studio album ‘Relaxer‘ which is set to be released on June 9, the band have also unveiled the first single from their upcoming LP.
Titled ‘3WW‘, the track kicks off with mellow guitar strings as listeners are forwarded towards a dreamy section before Joe Newman’s signature vocals weave a surreal soundscape. An exceptional showcase of true minimalism, their latest effort also features vocals from a female guest vocalist who further adds to the melting pot of post ambient sounds.
