Simon Patterson & Jordan Suckley – Vanilla [Release]

Underground Trance Guru Simon Patterson’s much anticipated collaboration with colleague, Jordan Suckley, is finally released for the masses.
Vanilla, characterised by its uber-hitting bassline and melodic riff, has been driving trance fans wild with anticipation, ever since he had played it on the 5th episode of his radio show, Open Up.
This track could be a prime example of where modern day trance is headed. The hard hitting bass hook, and a super catchy melody. If you’re a trance fan, this one’s definitely one to watch out for this year.
Vanilla, Out on Reset Records, available on Beatport, here.
Preview: Simon Patterson ft Jordan Suckley – Vanilla

Simon Patterson can be clearly described as a visionary when it comes to dance music. Famed for 11 consecutive #1’s on Beatport as well as all other reputable stores, his records have a strict fan following especially when it comes to the underground.
With a style described as cutting edge, dark, driving, pulsating, Simon’s technical ability is a finely tuned art that fuses trance with elements of techno and electronica.
Here’s a banger preview that he dropped on the fifth installment of his radio show “Open Up“. Its a collab with fellow UK trance dj and Spinnin’ Records signee, Jordan Suckley.
Now this one’s a major banger. Its got that characteristic “Bang your fist and rage” bassline and heavy stabbing drum beats. TIll it suddenly drops into a breakbeat bridge, with a beautifully melodic and subtle riff, which picks up really well for quite a while and while youre rising up with it, it suddenly drops back into that really heavy, grimey bassline thatll hit you in the face like a brick on a cold winter morning.
A beyond perfect dancefloor banger that could shake an entire arena.
Out on 1st April 2013 on Spinnin’ Record’s sub label, Reset.
