New App allows you to play YouTube & Soundcloud links in one place!
Tired of that cumbersome process of making playlists on YouTube? Desperately need a shuffle feature on SoundCloud? Wish you could put all your favourite music together in one place? Enter Solayo, the newest WebApp that allows you to do all these things, and much more!
Solayo basically allows users make their own web-based playlists that can feature any combination of tracks from SoundCloud and videos from YouTube and Dailymotion. Apart from this, it streamlines the tiresome process of making playlists on YouTube. The integrated search features also means that you don’t need 10 odd tabs open when you’re looking for music or making a playlist.
This app is specifically aimed at those music buffs that spend a lot of time looking for music online, and need a compact way to keep it all organised in one place. This also helps with sharing such created playlists.
Since the app is still in it’s Beta phase, expect a lot of kinks that still need to be ironed out. But,nevertheless, we’re sure this is one App us music buffs at Bangin Beats HQ are super stoked about!

50 cent and Zedd to perform at X Games in Barcelona
For those of you who don’t know – the X games happen to be one of the biggest sporting events when it comes to action sports. The 2013 version of the summer games are going to be held in Barcelona, Spain from May 16th – May 19th.
This is where it get’s interesting – the one and only 50 cent will be joining the super talented Zedd and Spanish rapper NACH on Saturday May 18th as headliners for X Games Music. This is basically a concert series that features a combination of both local and international artists.

It’s interesting to note that not only is electronic music being represented at major sporting events but now we also have iconic artists like 50 cent also sharing the same stage as our EDM prodigies.
