Joel Zimmerman better known as deadmau5, shares a short clip of a new work-in-progress titled “drop the poptart” featuring the vocals of Colleen D’Agostino. As Joel  himself states, the clip is just a simple sketch for now and shall be built into a striking mau5 production soon. This could very well be a future track for his upcoming studio album.

The lovable piano chords over Colleen’s topline in the intro just seems to be magical. Following part of the track comprises of a twisted melodic work signature to mau5, which is perfect to lead into the beat. We can’t wait for deadmau5 to finish this production.
