Introducing Quartermaster: A New Spy Agency Simulation Game
Cherrypick Games, in collaboration with publisher Frozen District, has unveiled their latest project, Quartermaster. This upcoming game blends management simulation with base-building elements, allowing players to operate their own clandestine spy agency. Currently in development for PC, Quartermaster is expected to launch towards the end of this year or in early 2026.
In Quartermaster, players are tasked with the critical role of developing high-tech spy gadgets, equipping agents with advanced gear, and overseeing the overall management of the agency to ensure field operations don’t end in disaster. Cherrypick Games highlighted several innovative gadgets that players can create, including jetpacks that fit discreetly under coats, state-of-the-art spy glasses, robotic attaché cases, hologram generators, laser-emitting watches, and undetectable latex masks for disguise. The game’s announcement was accompanied by a trailer and a gallery of initial screenshots, showcasing these features.
Cherrypick Games describes Quartermaster as a game where players must “research, develop, prepare, and monitor mission success rates, adapting to build the most efficient and commercially successful top-secret agency in the world.” The game is essentially a dream come true for fans of the iconic Q character from the James Bond series, offering an opportunity to delve deep into the world of espionage gadgetry.
For those interested in getting a head start on planning their own spy agency, Quartermaster is currently available to wishlist on Steam.
