The highly discussed DJ Mag Top 100 DJ’s Polls stir up quite the storm every year with their rankings which are unveiled during ADE week. While Martin Garrix became the youngest ever DJ to grab #1 position this year, the list though flawed, has been a vital catalyst in shaping up the festival and club circuit to a considerable extent.
And as we have come to witness, the rankings have frequently failed to match up to people’s expectations and has always been surrounded by a serious level of controversy. In a brand new reveal known as ‘The Next 50‘, they have now unveiled the acts who weren’t able to find a place in the Top 100 this year. Peppered with a fair amount of dance music stalwarts such as Kaskade, Maceo Plex, Solomun, and Richie Hawtin are several acts from the younger generation featuring the likes of Madeon, Lost Frequencies amongst many other fan favourites.
Moreover, India’s very own Nucleya has also found a place on the list as he bagged the 102nd position right below trance heavyweights Cosmic Gate. A commendable achievement for the heavy proponent of India’s bass music scene, check out the entire list below!
