
New year. New beginning. The same goes for beverage giant Coca-Cola who have taken a step towards a whole new direction for the company and have attempted to give themselves a complete re-brand since their last outing back in 2009 with “Open Happiness”.
Their latest campaign “Taste the Feeling” is a step towards a strategy in which all Coca-Cola products will be housed under a single umbrella figure. Coca-Cola unveiled their “Anthem” trailer which is accompanied by a pop ballad sung by Conrad Sewell (known for Kygo‘s collaboration “Firestone“) and has been produced by Swedish heavyweight Avicii. Essentially a pop themed track with hints of country flavored sounds, this one is Avicii at his very best.
Moreover, according to Conrad, he’ll be playing out the track at several global events throughout the year including the Rio Olympics and UEFA Euro Cup in France and looking at the demographic these events attract, it is bound to make Avicii a household name in the not so distant future. As reports suggest, “Taste The Feeling” is slated to hit streaming services in the coming days. Till then, check out Avicii’s brand new collaboration below!
