Submerge, in their endeavour to bring dance music to the North East, have joined hands with CPEN to bring their famed Submerge Dance Music Project to Shillong.
Known as the Scotland of the East, with its picturesque beauty and scenic locales the event will be headlined by Swedish heavyweight Albin Myers, who’s been a regular touring artist with Submerge, with support from Nikhil Chinapa and Nawed Khan.
However, one of the biggest talking points of Shillong’s debut Submerge Dance Music Project is the venue for the gig. Set at Orchid Lake Resort, Umiam, Barapani, the venue is one of the most visually satiating sights in the city, with lush greenery, surrounded by a lake and hills, and stands as the perfect setting for the gig.
