Severe weather conditions forced TomorrowWorld to deny entry to single day ticket holders to the festival, stranding thousands of attendees in adverse conditions, dehydrated, shivering and without any mode of transportation to go back home, as the festival closed off shuttle services, and drop off locations for Uber, effectively forcing people to walk some 9 miles (14 kms) to the parking lot.
Fans took to Facebook and Twitter to share their horrible experience, demanding refunds, while some even threatening lawsuit against the festival.

Music festivals are meant to bring people together for their love of music, to forget everything and have the time of their lives, and not have them go through a horrible experience due to their lack of preparedness and a contingency plan.
TomorrowWorld has announced refunds for their guests, where they’ll have to fill out a ‘shuttle refund’ form to be eligible for the refunds.
