Jeremy Olander has his way with remixes. He has this ability to pick up what’s sacrosanct to a track and mold it into a sonic shape that suits any Dance Music setting one can imagine. After an illustrious interpretation of Henry Saiz‘s “Afraid” off the Spaniards debut artist album from earlier this year, Olander’s second release out the gates in 2014 is a stunning take on Danish electro-pop sensation and new Universal Music artist Mendoza‘s debut single “Love Druggie“. Giving it the trademark Olander-esque progressive treatment, the remix is set to be a mainstay at club floors and festival stages throughout the summer.

The track infuses a club infused bassline and percussion work with additonal synth effects. Luring in the vocals from original and gradually building up into the break, the track shifts through various textures including a soft synth groove inserted, before all layers coalesce and bring Olander’s unique and cutting edge studio productions skills to the fore!

While the track will be out June 11 on Beatport via Universal Music, you can check out the preview of the remix below!
