Pryda Friend Jeremy Olander has stamped his authority in the progressive house genre like no other. Churning out stunner after another, he has this penchant for creating passionate, emotive and melodic productions, one that wreak havoc on the dancefloor so much so cause some intense soul searching. His remixes ooze originality and extend his penchant for musical genius, and he shows just that with his remix of Spanish giant Henry Saiz‘s ‘Afraid‘.
‘Afraid‘ was part of Saiz’s historic debut album ‘Reality is for Those Who Are Not Strong Enough to Confront Their Dreams’. After hanging out on John Digweed‘s Boat Cruise Party at Miami during WMC, Saiz and Olander got discussing the prospects of remixing a track from the former’s album. The results we have to say, are more than gratifying as Jeremy pumps in that Pryda Progressive spin to the Techno magic. Additional synths and percussive breaks swirl the melodic riffs back and forth as an infectious hook dabbles the vocal sample past the break. You can check out the preview below and purchase the track here.
