But its his alter-ego Dakota that has commanded supreme respect under the Trance underbelly of the industry. The alluring moniker under which he produces tracks with a darker, deeper and Trance-induced tones returns for the glorious 175th release for the iconic Coldharbour Records! The track is aptly titled ‘CLXXV‘ – the roman numerals for 175, and adds to the string of driving trance melodies that Dakota is so adored for!
With the two episodes of the ‘Thoughts Become Things‘ series having already been part of every Trance listener’s library, Markus Schulz return under the Dakota hat could swell up a trance inferno with this track. The track builds on a rolling drumline sequence with a warm melody building up in the background. The melody turns sharper as we reach the break with additional atmospherics and FX encircling the buildup till a classical drop makes its mark, as the melody fuses into the soft sonic terrain shaped by the drumline.
