Australian sensation Thomas Hayes has just released an exciting new remix pack on the Arrival roster of the alluring Silk Music records. Finding consistent support from Trance heavyweights such as Armin Van Buuren and Above & Beyond, Thomas has garnered some regular radio and festival support through his emotive and euphoric production skill set. His sweet serenade ‘Some Things Never Change‘ releases on Silk Arrival alongwith two gritty remixes by American Mrmilkcarton and Japanese stalwart AKI Amano.

The Original features a mesmerizing vocal sample garnered with some uplifting piano work. The soundscape is futher adorned with an enticing bassline and euphoric waveform and atmospherics. Past the break, and we hit a synergy of all the layers coming together to create an intriguing lead. The first remix by Mrmilkcarton can be simply defined as magnificent as he knocks in his own club-friendly interpretation of the synth melody. Flangering atmospherics and an intoxicating bassline draws us closer into the various moods and textures painted by Hayes, before Mrmilkcarton’s vision uplifts the senses by incorporating the original piano lead with a phantasmic counter melody infused with the magical bassline. The final remix on the pack by Japanese music maker AKI Amano gives the listener yet another beautiful interpretation of the original. This time, delightful synths and a harmonious melodic groove lifts our senses as we make our way to the original piano break, albeit with additional delayed effects. Smooth and comforting strings later, the track lends a healing affect, one that can cure your day of any sorrow and sadness and cause you to smile no matter where you may be!
