Exactly 12 months ago, at the Ultra Music Festival in Miami, we saw one final act of the famed trio of Axwell, Steve Angello and Sebastian Ingrosso which bought down the curtains to their phenomenal collaborative act Swedish House Mafia. The group had caught the fancy of a generation and in its short-lived time had perhaps generated more fans for itself as a collective, than as individual artists. The journey of the group that began when three Swedish independent producers combined for a track called ‘Leave the World Behind‘, has been now carved into a full-fledged documentary film fittingly titled with the same name, hence completing the circle. And now a year later, after the trio officially split up to continue their independent careers, they have announced that they’re bringing their highly-anticipated film to Indian cinemas!

India got a taste of the Mafia last year as they toured three cities through Sunburn arena. Touring the cities of Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore, Indian fans showed their love for the EDM giants after discussions about the events continued for months later on social media platforms! And now, Sunburn has done all in its capacity so that we can relive all that excitement, with a hint of nostalgia and an insurmountable fervor for dance music, as they bring down the documentary film to India! The film will be released on the 21st of March in cinemas in India and tickets will go up on the 19th of March! Stay tuned and watch this space for more, as this is one blockbuster you DO NOT want to miss!
