Celebrated Swedish duo, Olle Corneer and Stefan Engblom collectively known as Dada Life, are known to be one of dance music’s most zealous exponents. Their productions have over time, brought umpteen number of smiles on many a dance music fan’s face and have regularly formed a part of a vast number of sets by many prime advocates of the genre, inducing multifarious supporters to rage their hearts out at various festivals, concerts and club shows worldwide.
Famous for their unique, driven sound and pulsating energy which they bring forth while performing live & for the merriment they generate within the crowd, the duo are one of the wildest yet exceedingly phenomenal acts to witness perform and it came as no surprise when the pair broke the Guinness World Record a while back, for the world’s largest pillow fight at a ‘Dada Land Compound’ event in Chicago.
A while back, the twosome had their fans in India jumping in excitement at the possibility of a forthcoming tour of the country when they put up a picture of the Indian flag, with the distinctive bananas and champagne symbols we’ve come to associate with them in the centre. Needless to say, fans across the country took to social media bubbling with joy at the thought of possibly experiencing the magic of ‘Dada Land’ soon.
A month ahead from the aforementioned, and Dada Life have now reignited the storm as they’ve dropped yet another hint today via their Facebook page, only this time revealing a little more. From what it seems, the Swedish duo have revealed the three cities that they shall be likely to be touring during their possible upcoming tour of India – Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore.
Although no further confirmation or news has been established yet, it appears to be somewhat likely that there is certainly something brewing which shall be revealed very soon. We for one are extremely excited and eagerly look forward to more on the possible tour and the pandemonium it shall bring with it. As they say, “This is Dada Land. Get ready to arrive beautiful and leave ugly. There are no rules but the rules of Dada. Don’t look back in the past. Always go forward. And whatever you do: don’t trust us”.
