Lemâitre – Continuum (Fehrplay Remix)

Lemaitre are Ketil Jansen and Ulrik Denizou, a young Norwegian duo with the electronic universe currently in awe of them. Taking inspiration from an assimilation of influences ranging from: Daft Punk, Röyksopp, Justice, Ratatat, Phoenix and Noisia, Lemaitre’s sound is an eclectic mix of dreamy electro-pop with constantly evolving sonic layers and soundscapes, disco beats and catchy melodies.

Premiered when taking over the latest episode of Eric Prydz’s Epic Radio alongside Jeremy Olander, Fehrplay has given their track, ‘Continuum’ a sublime remix released on Substellar Records. Whilst the original firmly captures the in demand style of Indie-Dance music, the astonishingly talented Fehrplay does his bit on the remix making it more dance-floor ready. Inflicting a fantastic dark bassline, he captures the original melody perfectly, through a very cool breadown, which in turn reveberates into the minimal heavy baseline.
