Paris Hilton’s DJing Gets Her More Money Than Deadmau5 and Tiesto Combined!

Don’t worry you’re not hallucinating. It’s true! Paris Hilton, the celebrity who acquired a residency at Amnesia in Ibiza over a year ago recently performed there. And to quote The Sun ‘Paris Hilton scooped $2.7 million for four nights work as part of her new two-month DJ tour.’ I suppose stranger things have happened.

According to a recent calculation by EDMTunes Paris Hilton‘s 13 scheduled gigs in Ibiza sent her revenue skyrocketing , surpassing the average income per hour of Tiesto and Deadmau5 combined. She made a whopping 347,000$ PER HOUR ! How’s that more than that of two of the largest names in EDM? Here’s the formula:

‘Deadmau5 makes a reported $425,000 per show and Tiesto makes $250,000. Assuming that both of them play 2 hour shows, you add $425,000 + $250,000 which gives you $675,000 and then divide that by 2 and you get: $337,500 an hour.’

Although Paris Hilton has been criticized for reportedly merely pressing the play button at Ibiza while others handled the technicalities, her representatives have dismissed these claims.
