A true visionary and one of the 50 most powerful people in the dance music industry, Mr. Shailendra Singh (Joint Managing Director of Percept Limited and the Inceptor of Sunburn Festival), calls himself a creative genius. Evidently a man of many talents he joined his brother’s advertising firm in 1987, and has ever since been a pioneer in the field of sports marketing, talent management, live music and entertainment and has even successfully ventured into film production.

Recently donning yet another hat he turned author with his book ‘F?@k Knows’. What sets him apart is his razor-sharp memory and infectious energy, which he has channelized over the years towards dreaming of the impossible and strategizing ways and means to make it a reality.

It is this very quality that has defined Mr. Singh over the past two decades and has enabled him to be the one responsible for getting some of the biggest international music artistes of the likes of Avicii, Tiesto, David Guetta, Pete Tong and Swedish House Mafia to Indian shores for multi-city tours and even led him to establish Asia’s biggest music festival, Sunburn in Goa which has now even ventured into Dubai and Sri Lanka, making it an even more notable international festival. Equally suave and brash, Mr. Shailendra Singh is surely an inspiration for many.
