It’s just been over a week since Major Lazer dropped their latest EP ‘Know No Better‘, but everyone’s favorite dancehall trio aren’t just done yet. Major Lazer just uploaded a short video on their Facebook, working on a new track with Indian rapper Badshah. Yes, you read that right!
The collaboration comes as part of a new music campaign for Tuborg. The campaign, called ‘Tuborg OPEN’, aims to encourage music fans to explore and discover new global sounds – just as the trio will be doing with an original three-track series. Major Lazer will use a beat that they created for Tuborg, as the basis for each collaboration which will celebrate diverse music styles.
Russian rapper and hip artist Scriptonite is the first of the three collaborating artists, with Badshah being the second one. While there is no other information yet on when the track will release, check out the short video here below!
The collaboration will see Major Lazer incorporate Indian elements into the track, with Badshah on the vocals and remains to be seen how it will pan out.
