The Russian DJ and producer Shapov has been synonymous with quality house music. His recent collaboration, ‘Belong’ with Axwell was highly well received and was supported throughout the dance music scene.
In the latest release, Shapov has remixed the American Indie/Rock band Panic! At The Disco‘s 2015 track “Don’t Threaten Me With A Good Time“. After the house intro, the remix progresses at the same pace and doesn’t deviate much from the original. It’s the build-up after first verse when things start to speed up with winding up synth sound. The drop unleashes a signature taste of Electro infused Progressive House vibes. With alternate ride synth rhythms, Shapov takes the second half of the drop up a notch. After an energetic drop, the remix again breaks down with lush piano chords of the original, moving towards the second half. Gritty vocals and rough rock sounds moulded with Shapov’s certified Bangin’ sound, this remix is sure to do some serious damage on the dance floors.
