Every Diplo & Friends episode ever has had a special place in it’s listeners hearts. The artists that Diplo features on his regular BBC radio show are diverse and produce absolutely fabulous pieces of music. This time it is no different as we are treated to none other than our Artist of the Month, ‘ODESZA‘. The original episode aired on 20th September on BBC Radio 1 while ODESZA uploaded the mix just yesterday on their SoundCloud.
One word to describe the music would be: Fresh. New sounds and diverse arrangements all incorporated in a seamless mix which makes you sway to the beat. With music from familiar faces like RL Grime and Bonobo, a lot of new music from artists like Benzel and Esta can be heard which is really refreshing and unique. ODESZA have always maintained high quality in their sets, be it uploads or live, and this commitment and production can be seen in this mix too.
