The Remembrance Festival was an emotional night for one too many, but not as much as it may have been for one half of Bingo Players – Maarten Hoogstraten. After the untimely demise of Paul Bäumer in December, the EDM fraternity reached out and made the inspiring festival happen. And the best part was, that it was all for a good cause. Including a lineup of artists such as Bingo Players, Dada Life, Henry Fong, MAKJ, Tommy Trash and more, all proceedings from the event went towards the Dutch and American Cancer research society. And now, Maarten has revealed a special video that takes footage from his emotional performance with the backdrop of Bingo Players latest single ‘Knock you out‘.
Revealed by Maarten on the Bingo Players website, the track was the final track the duo worked on before Paul passed away. Fittingly, it was premiered at the Remembrance stage and now finds itself in a special video from the night. With an inspiring vocal hook, the track gives us all what you’d expect from a Bingo Players banger – intriguing buildups, euphoric synths and celebratory drops!
