Future Entertainment along with Livescape Asia last week announced the return of Future Music Festival Asia to a rapturous response from both local and international media and fans across South East Asia alike. The events are once again set to take place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in March 2013 and this time around fans can expect two super-charged events across one massive weekend. With an estimated 40,000 fans expected to converge over the two-days, the events will mark the return of Future Music Festival to South East Asia having made it’s hugely successful debut in 2012.

On 15 March 2013, fans of trance music and Armin Van Buuren will have plenty to look forward to as Future Music Festival Asia 2013 presents ‘A State of Trance 600: The Expedition World Tour’. This stage will see a host of other top acts handpicked by Armin van Buuren himself. The event on Day 1 will be dedicated solely to celebrate Armin’s legendary 600th ‘A State of Trance’ (ASOT600) show.

Day 2 which will be held on 16 March 2013 will see the main Future Music Festival Asia 2013 event take place and will feature two massive stages! With the most innovative and dynamic line-up to date, Future Music Festival Asia is bringing you a curated arena plus a super-sized stage jam-packed with the best talent the world has on offer!

Undeniably one of the best and most sought after live acts the world has ever seen, The Prodigy are set to headline and curate their legendary Warriors Dance Arena! Having already toured the Warrior’s Dance Arena in Japan, UK and most recently Serbia, The Prodigy are all set to bring this epic concept to South East Asia for the very first time. Also joining them on the Warriors Dance Arena will be Feed Me, Kill The Noise, Zeds Dead, and Borgore.

The other massive stage will feature world class acts including Bloc Party, PSY (Gangnam Style), Rita Ora, Fun., The Temper Trap, Rudimental, Stafford Brothers, Timmy Trumpet, and Tenzin + more. Make no mistake – this is going to be HUGE!

The hugely successful Future Music Festival Asia 2012 thrilled crowds of over 25,000 and has been dubbed as the largest music festival to ever hit South East Asian shores. Furthermore, the event attracted over 7,000 tourists from abroad with fans from Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, India and Europe arriving in droves for the festival.

Future Music Festival Asia 2013 will also be the official opening event for the Malaysian F1 Grand Prix week and is fully endorsed by Tourism Malaysia. Fans of Future Music Festival Asia 2013 will be offered choices to purchase either single-day passes or a two-day weekend pass which will grant them access into both days of ASOT 600 & FMFA 2013.
