Cosmic Gate – Crushed (Remixes) [EP]

Cosmic Gate - Crushed (Remixes) EP

German trance duo Cosmic Gate is a well known name in the industry. With ‘Storm Chaser’ – their first single after the release of their whole heartedly accepted ‘Wake Your Mind’ album is still raising hotness globally, the trance cosmonauts Nic Chagall and Bossi are perched to send the gesture flying again. The duo is popular for their renowned and very unique style in trance music which has always twisted a pleasant impact in the scene. When they released their hit single ‘Crushed’ an year before, it reached to the top of all major charts in no time and became a set-request standing sort for crowds at Cosmic Gate gigs. It was now time to release this anthemetic track with two well deserving remixes making it a big release from the duo.

World premiered by Armin van Buuren on A State of Trance 618 and 619, it has words “Massive summer anthem” written all over it. At first it’ll remind you of Requiem by Mark Sixma that destroyed the floors during last few months but Sixma super-charges his rework with conspicuous thumping and some bass and drums. Rough and in your face basslines, pumping beats and the magnificent original melodies along with the goose bumping synths in the delicate breakdown will give you continuous excitement. The drop is what it differentiates this remix by Sixma from his previous works. It’s a pure party hit that will be hard to keep yourself under control.

Premiered on Corsten’s Countdown 313, Rafaël Frost crushes the both harmonic shades and electro facets to the front end of his edition. He has built the bang-factor with big tech-trance progressions allowing the pitch controls to climb high. With big stabbed anthemetic mainline we are sure that it’ll cause the same mayhem as the previous one.

The much awaited remix pack along with the stupendous original is out now and you can buy it here on iTunes.
