It seems like today is Julian Jordan day at The Bangin Beats. With a small tour coming up this weekend in Pune, New Delhi and Bangalore, Julian is ready to show India his performance skills. Lazy Rich – Brainfreeze (Original Mix)
“Brainfreeze” is the first rocket of Lazy Rich‘s stable to be launched via Doorn Records, led by Dutchman Sander Van Doorn. Featuring the kind of chord progressions which the Doorn Records label is now synonymous with, Brainfreeze hits you in the face with a crunchy, hard hitting bassline that is sure to please.
The track growls to life with a elegant progressive riff which seems to be reminiscent of Sander Van Doorn’s own sound, making it is easy to see how the track finds it’s home on Doorn’s imprint. As progressive chords soar and the track begins charging forward, a solid bass driven beat climbs towards a thundering electro wasteland.
Lazy Rich lures his listeners in before hitting them with a paralyzing blast, with a war cry of “Brainfreeze” and as a result one hell of an electro banger is born. Definitely one track which I would want to hear live. The track is one of the best electro house releases of the year yet.
Avicii – Silhouettes (Remixes)
So the remixes of Avicii‘s track Silhouette, are finally out! The first in the package of mixes, is the newly signed LE7ELS protégé Syn Cole, formerly known as Clashback, with high-pitched synth lines and sturdy kicks. Definitely our first choice amongst the 3 releases!
Also includes, Swiss producer EDX and Vancouver’s Lazy Rich, that surround the beat with a haywire chord play and pumping bass, concluding the package with two heavier-set remodels.
