Kill FM feat Cleo – Spin It Now (Fuck ‘em) [EP]

7231686

From communicating to each other through a music forum,  sharing ideas via Skype and email and developing their concept from this process, whilst living in different cities far apart in Swedenn,Kim Lindén and Jimmy Andersson aka  Kill FM have come a very long way since they started out in May 2012. All of this in barely a year too.

Featuring the groovy hip hop flow from rapper Cleo, their new track “Spin It Now (Fuck ‘em), out on ROTATE Records, features elements from at least 3 vastly different in their own respects. Featuring a raging pluck-bass guitar bass-line, Heavy electro beats and hard hitting rap vocals, this production is especially created for all you wild kids that never want the party to end. From start to finish, this one is so packed with energy,  It’s like an audio version of a granola bar.  Building and building with the aggressive bass, the drop hits with thunderous chord stabs coming thick and fast and the bpm breaking the dial. And then you’ve got the hip-hop bridge in the middle, that just throws you off guard and pumps you up even more.

Featuring on the EP are the Original Mix and Radio Edits, along with the Adrian Bood remix and Goons, another one of Kill FM’s massive productions.

The Adrian Bood remix, is a little more on the electro side, featuring a synth organ riff, and a little bit of a glitch house feel.  Also one of Sweden’s up and coming producers, Adrian has definitely pulled out all the creativity stops with this one.

With Goons, they’ve got another electro anthem with synth squares looped over a very catchy synth keyboard riff. Quite a massive electro banger, and works perfectly to compliment Spin it Now.

The Spin It Now (Fuck ‘em) EP is out now on beatport here. Grab your copy of this GUARANTEED Dance floor destroyer, already supported by Swedish heavyweights such as Dada Life and Steve Angello.

Dimitri Vegas, Like Mike & GTA Ft. Wolfpack – Turn It Up (Original Mix)

Turn-It-Up

Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike have established themselves as artists you will hear on every house playlist. Their newest collaboration with Miami based GTA and fellow Belgians Wolfpack “Turn It Up” is a magnificent track that they’ve released on Tiesto’s imprint Musical Freedom.

This production will tear your speakers apart. We are accustomed to the Belgian brothers hard hitting style, but GTA’s progressive house drive and Wolfpack’s style are in perfect unison and one can easily point out their individual sounds in the track. You could call this track complex with it’s signature tribal sounds which suddenly flow into smooth house beats which then drops into a tantalizing experience. You have no option but to hit repeat after that!

Dimitri and Mike’s “Wakanda” and their collab with GTA “Hit It” have been smashing airwaves and festivals globally. With multiple newly released chart toppers to their names this track faces tough competition from amongst their own tracks. But I can see it rising to the top with valour!

Bobby Burns & Bisbetic – Lemonade

Lemonade

Bobby Burns and Bisbetic’s released their new single “Lemonade” via Spinnin’ Records.

Perfect for a summer’s day, this track is definitely going to quench your thirst. Alfio Bonanno & Riccardo Puglisi a.k.a Bisbetic and Bobby have neatly structured this track, embodying it with tremendous amounts of energy. This tune is perfect for grooving on the dance floor. Pass the 2:50 minute mark, that’s when the track totally surprises you with the euphoric rhythm that creates a rather dreamy experience. But immediately the unexpected bassline kicks in and takes off changing the track altogether. This solid track is a great collaboration showcasing a match made in house heaven.

Nari & Milani Vs Maurizio Gubellini Featuring Nicci – Vago

Vago

Italians definitely know how to satisfy our musical appetites. Nari and Milani have become a house music favourite after the release of their track “Atom”. They’ve teamed up with fellow Italian Maurizio Gubellini and Nicci to create a monster track “Vago” which is out now on Spinnin’ Records. The synth work is gritty and grunge filled. The massive build up proceeds to a rhythmic big room electro melody. This is another high-energy production that can be added to our summer playlists.

Jacob Van Hage – Crank (Original Mix)

7124655

Today’s the day Jacob Van Hage’s mega-thumper Crank has been released for the masses on Flashover Recordings.  After hits such as Spotfire, Voodoo (ft Saint Liz), Convoi, EMP (ft Dyro) and most recently Thumper (ft Oliver Heldens), Jacob Van Hage has become quite the household name when it comes to EDM.

With an intro and pick up strictly adhered to big room progressive, it features a series of drops. The first of which is just about getting you prepped up for what to expect later and deeper into the track. Jacob Van Hage makes sure the listeners are hooked with the constant repetition of the synth hook bridge. The second drop just about picks up a little harder than the first, sort of like a second level to utter insanity, if you will. By the time the third drop comes about, you’re already hypnotised by the ultra catchy hook.  And then when we’re there, it just simply demolishes. So if you’re listening to this at a club or at an arena, this bit is bound to get you to rage harder than you’ve ever raged before.

Already given massive support by the likes of Ferry Corsten, Afrojack, Nicky Romero,  Bart Claessen, Judge Jules, Leon Bolier and Marcus Schossow.

Norman Doray – Troublemaker [Preview]

NormanDoray

Steve Angello’s Essential Mix dropped a few new previews from his label Size Records to celebrate it’s 10 year anniversary. Norman Doray’s “Troublemaker” was on of them. This electro house track has heavy synths that hit you head on with the lyrics that echo on as the track progresses. The immaculate build up proceeds towards first pumping beats. The Frenchman’s creation has a touch of Prodigy’s “Firestarter”, a very mellow hint of it. . No release date has been mentioned as yet, but it paves the way for a big year for the DJ.
