Metallica has recently upgraded their 1996 album, Load, into an extensive 301-song reissued collection that features a whopping 245 tracks never before released. The massive box set includes 15 CDs filled with demos, rarities, outtakes, alternative takes, and three entire live albums. Additionally, it boasts a 128-page book and four DVDs that showcase concert performances, behind-the-scenes studio footage, and television appearances. Merchandise and collectibles are part of the package too, along with the remastered album presented as a double-LP. Notably, the full-length version of “The Outlaw Torn,” which had to be cut down to fit the original album, is available fully intact for the first time. For those who prefer a less extensive collection, a separate 3xCD set featuring 41 tracks is also on offer. The complete tracklist for the digital version of the box set, along with all available formats, was released on June 13 by Blackened.
