The classic ’90s animated TV show inspired by Capcom’s iconic Mega Man series is set to be released on Blu-ray later this month. The complete series will be available in Discotek’s standard definition Blu-ray collection starting October 28. This re-release is exciting for enthusiasts of the series, especially since the DVD version released in 2014 has been discontinued and is currently being sold at premium prices. The new Blu-ray version is available for pre-order at $38 on Amazon and $40 on Crunchyroll.
For those who have already pre-ordered the Blu-ray from Amazon at the original $50 MSRP, the price will be automatically reduced to the current discounted rate. Furthermore, if the price drops any further before release, Amazon will adjust your order to the new lower price.

Mega Man mirrors the playful and adventurous spirit typical of other animated shows from its era. Targeted at families, it delivers an engaging blend of fun and action, staying true to the primary narratives of the video games. Throughout the series, Mega Man confronts the robotic threats engineered by Dr. Wily, with new Robot Masters featuring in different episodes. The animation, a collaborative effort between Ruby-Spears Productions and Ashi Productions, is preserved in standard definition but remains visually appealing due to its enduring animation style.
